Custom Photo Magnets

Due to the personalized nature of custom photo magnets, all sales are final and non-refundable. Please ensure all photos and details are correct before submitting your order.

Other Items

For all other non-custom items, refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, depending on the nature of the issue.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Items must be returned in the same condition they were sent.
Once the item is received and inspected, a full refund will be issued if the return meets the above conditions.
